Met Costume Gala Red Carpet 2012

Night the Costume Institute Gala held at the New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art is excessively referred to as "Fashion's Oscars," which had the confusing theme of Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations. Whatever that means.
Its not easy to crack an invite below are the outfits of those who made the event:

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen in a black Givenchy gown

Wet look: Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in British Burberry and Rihanna in Tom Ford crocodile applique all wore their black shiny 

Vintage black tie: Liv Tyler and Heidi Klum also opted for gothic takes on turn of the century gowns in Givenchy and Escada respective

Gold goddesses : Cameron Diaz in a long gold Stella McCartney 

Victoria's Secret model Karolina Kurkova opted for a show-stopping look, designed by Rachel Zoe

2011 VMA Black Carpet Arrivals

The MTV Video Music Awards took place last night at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles and guess what?....Kanye actually behaved..SHOCKER!!!
The highlight of the 2011 VMA was definitely Beyonce's annoucement that she is preggers with her first child...*yay* im so happy for her.

Beyonce stole the show with her baby-bump...doesnt she just look beautifull?

Beyonce looked absoutley radiant in a blood orange one-shoulder kaftan dress by Lavin and gold accessories.

Kelly Rowland looked glamorous,while showing her killer legs in a gold-fringed Falguni&Shaun peacock inspired dress paired with Christain Louboutin peep-toe spike heels.

Demi Lovato looked impiccable in a short Metallic dress.

Dj Khaled, Rick Ross  looked their usally self in jeans and tees.

Miley Cyrus wore a long-sleeved Roberto Cavalli dress...which im not sure about its rather busy for my liking but she still looks grown and i love her make-up.

Justin Bieber looked too cool in a YSL jacket..#IDIE for that brooch, which i wanna get my hands on and red jeans with cheetah sneakers.

Zoe Saldana looked pretty in a simply Barbara Bui tunic and show-stopper Balenciaga snake-skin heels.

 Lil Mama wore a simple tight jewelled dress with an abstract wooden wedge which i absoutly LOVE..her new hair-do is growing on me.

 Kesha$haun wore sneakers with her disney inspired sequined dress.

 Selena Gomez aka Ms Bieber ...lol...looked very mature in a Julien Macdonald dressand Brain Atwood heels.

 #EPICFAIL..Nicky Minaj wore something i cant even say is an outfit cause i just dont understand it..like w.t.h ????

 Snooki looked very glam from her usally look and i just love the nude heels.

Newly-wed Kim Kardashian looked gorgeous in a long backless dress by KaufmanFranco

I cant actually wait to watch the show and see beyonce's performance.
