The very essence of the House of Dior

Hey Buddies
I totally love the new ad campaign for Miss Dior featuring the beautiful starlet Mila Kunis. I'm used to her being dressed down but for this campaign she brings out elegance and 1950's Hollywood glamour Jackie-O meets Audrey Hepburn in beautiful black and white images shot by Vogue favourite Mario Sorrenti and styled by Carine Roitfeld

Can not get over the fact that she is surrounded by stylish, well-groomed gorgeous hunky men yet continues to remain to be the main attraction in each shot. What do you guys think of the ad campaign?

Crushing on the Celine " Trapeze" Bag

Hey Fashion Lovers

How is everyone doing? Its mid-week and I am extremely exhausted..can Friday come already!!
I've been dreaming about all things Céline especially my latest obsession The "Trapeze" Bag.
Yes, I am such a bag lady.... cue Erykah Badu and if its one of those hot totes that I can throw my whole life in then its a major bonus.
This Céline's Luggage tote is the edgy answer to the Birkin, then the Trapeze is the Kelly’s more flamboyant counterpart which retails at approximately at $ 3 000 which is R 24 000...I know for sure i will  only being seeing this bag in my dreams. Single-handled with a large flap, it’s more streamlined and elegant than the Luggage, which, while appealing, verges on the cluttered side which is so not typical. It has the foundation of a traditional tote—the classic square-ish shape and simple foldover closure which is good—but clearly, this bag is anything but traditional see for yourself below.

Christmas is around the corner and I know I have been good so putting this on my wish-list would not hurt right?

Outfit du jour

Hey everyone

I hope everyone had a good weekend. A close friend of mine has been bugging me to do more posts about our outfits but i am always taking pictures of what people are wearing and tend to forget about myself.
Yesterday the weather was perfect to be out and about even though it was extremely  hot, I went to the Palulu Pop-up store at the Sandton Sun rooftop hosted by Palesa and the theme was " Print Clash"

There were quite few people that thought that I was not wearing anything underneath my top and had to prove by showing them my cut-off demin shorts..hahahha

Turban - Market in Thailand
Top - Pulsate ( Bought this looooong ago)
Cut-off denims - TopShop

It was a very chilled and fun afternoon and I am already looking forward to the next Palulu event, keep your eyes on the blog for a more detailed feature about this event.

#Trending----->> The Man Bag

Hey Fashion Freaks

We all remember the scene from Hangover,The Movie with Alan saying " Its where i keep all my things, i get alot of compliments on this. Plus its not a purse its a Satchel"
Over the years there has been controversy around the man accerssory but it seems to be accepted now being popular on the mens runway. Recently been a burgeoning trend in men's fashion accessories to make life on the move rather easier and cooler than ever before and thats the Man Bag, The Murse ( Man Purse)  The Tote, The Satchel, The Duffle, The Messenger and even the Clutch.
Europeans have taken this trend by storm and its even come to the point where an outfit is not complete without this necessary tool and style accessory.

Fashionista, Socialite and fashion blogger Jerri Mokgofe
This trend works so well with all types of men and they don't have to get their pants all bulky especially the ones that have more than one mobile phone, ipad\laptops, keys, wallets and all those extra things that they carry.
So for those uber masculine men who aren’t sold on the man bag yet  below are celebs rocking Falls biggest trend.

Rapper Jay-z

Kanye West  looking stylish with an oversized brown Hermes bag

R&B Singer Usher rocking a matching brown tote

Its no longer just a ladies thing so lets not judge the next time you see a guy carrying his bag and lets welcome this trend with open arms
